Shipping Policy
General shipping information
All orders ship free of charge within the Contiguous United States. We do not ship outside of the Contiguous United States at this time. All destination weddings or events will have to be shipped to a US address within the Contiguous United States.
Orders are processed through our studio’s shipping department and sent via a selection of trusted carriers, including USPS and other major shipping services, based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where applicable. Please note that transit times may vary by carrier and are outside of the studio’s direct control.
Sample orders
All sample orders are mailed via USPS using regular stamped mail.
Because samples are sent through standard letter mail, tracking is not always available and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please allow additional time for postal service variability.
Invitation suites
For full invitation suites, production begins after written approval of your final proofs.
Once proofs are approved, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. This window accounts for printing, any finishing work, packing, and transit time.
If your event date is approaching quickly, please reach out before ordering to confirm whether your timeline can be accommodated.
Day-of paper goods
For day-of stationery (such as menus, place cards, programs, and signage), timelines are more compressed and time-sensitive.
Orders for day-of paper goods must be placed at least 3 weeks before your wedding date at minimum. Once final proofs are approved, day-of pieces typically arrive within 2–3 weeks.
While every effort is made to accommodate tight timelines, rush availability is not guaranteed and may depend on current studio capacity and carrier performance.
Shipping delays and address accuracy
The studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, postal service disruptions, customs, or circumstances beyond its control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details; orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect information may require additional time and replacement costs.
