Wedding Menus Details & Questions
What is included on a wedding menu card?
A menu card typically lists the courses, meal selections, or dessert offerings for your reception. It can be personalized with your custom meal wording with either one or up to 5 different variations. Couples can choose a shared menu listing all meal options or individual menus personalized with each guest’s selected entrée.
For extensive customization like menu options with individualized guest names, your wedding monogram, etc. please reach out to us via our contact form for bespoke designs.
Do I need one menu per guest?
That depends on your table design and budget. You may place one menu at each guest’s setting or share one or two menus per table. Individual menus create a more layered and considered tablescape, while shared menus reduce the quantity required.
Can menus coordinate with my invitations and place cards?
Yes. Menu cards can carry the same watercolor artwork, typography, and colors as your invitation suite and coordinating reception stationery. They work especially well alongside matching place cards, table numbers, and signage.
When should I finalize my menu wording?
Finalize the menu once your caterer has confirmed the courses and your event details are set. The sooner you place your order the better. We require you to submit your order at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding date at an absolute minimum.
