Choose to have our team print out your guest addresses or opt for plain envelopes if you'd like to add your own calligraphy.

Choose a Font & Ink Color.
If you are having our team print your envelopes, select a font type and ink color. All envelopes are printed on one side per USPS recommendations.

After you've submitted your order you'll receive an email from our team with links and instructions to submit your properly formatted guest addresses.
Invitation Envelope Details & Questions
Do I have to order envelopes from you?
No. As with our entire semi-custom wedding invitation line, you have the freedom to mix & match what items you want to include in your wedding invitation suite. We do not require you to order our envelopes with your other invitation cards. However, for a truly elevated and coordinated look, we recommend that you use our invitation envelopes as they have been curated and selected by Victoria to best match your invitation suite.
Our invitation envelopes are a luxury product featuring a gorgeous white euro flap envelope sized to perfectly fit your invitation suite and lined by hand with a richly colored liner inspired by the watercolor paper in Victoria's studio.
What does an invitation envelope fit?
Invitation envelopes are sized to hold the main invitations card and any additional coordinating cards like enclosure cards and RSVP cards. RSVP envelopes are smaller and sized only for RSVP cards.
Can I have my guests’ addresses printed on the envelopes?
Yes, your invitation envelopes can be printed with all of the different addresses for your guests. To add your guest's addresses to these envelopes, select "Yes" and your font choice and ink color under the "Add Variable Address Printing" option on the product dropdown. Our team will reach out after you place your order to collect and coordinate your guest's address details.
Can I add a return address to the envelope?
Yes, return addresses are a recommended and practical finishing touch that makes undeliverable invitations easier to return. We print return addresses on the front upper left corner to meet USPS recommendations for better postal processing and delivery reliability.
Can I handwrite my own addresses on the envelopes or hire a calligrapher to write them out?
Yes, you can order blank envelopes if you would prefer to have handwritten addresses instead of printed addresses. As we do not offer calligraphy services at this time, you will have to find and source your own calligrapher for this service. If you choose to write your own be sure to order additional envelopes to account for mistakes and check any calligrapher's policies for envelope quantities.
Will I need extra postage?
Possibly. Invitation postage depends on the finished suite’s size, thickness, weight, shape, and embellishments, including multiple inserts, liners, wax seals, ribbon, or unusually thick paper. Take one fully assembled suite to the post office to have its postage confirmed before mailing the entire order.
