Customization Process

Once you've placed your order, our team will reach out via email within 3-4 business days with a form for you to submit your RSVP card wording.

After your wording has been submitted we will follow up with digital proofs for your review & approval. One round of complimentary revision is included for your chosen design. Any further rounds of revision for your invitation suite will incur a $300 fee per round.

Timing & Delivery

Upon approval of final proofs, orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.

Please note, your invitation suite comes unassembled. You will be responsible for putting each element together and mailing them to your guests.

We recommend mailing out your invitations 8-12 weeks in advance of your wedding.

    Simplicity is key. Choose between black ink or navy blue ink for your overall text color. The dark coloring of each makes sure your text stands out.

  • Submit your Customized Text.

    After you've submitted your order you'll receive an email from our team with links to submit your custom text for your RSVP cards.

What is an RSVP card?

An RSVP card, also called a reply card, gives guests a simple way to confirm whether they will attend your wedding. It can include response wording, a reply-by date, guest-name lines, meal selections, and any details you need guests to confirm.

Can I add meal choices or dietary questions to my RSVP card?

Yes. RSVP cards can be fully customized to include meal selections, dietary restrictions, song requests, transportation needs, or other guest-response details. Keep the card streamlined so guests can complete and return it easily.

Our team will reach out after you've placed your order to coordinate your custom wording preferences.

What reply-by date should I use?

We recommend setting your RSVP deadline for 4 weeks before the wedding, or earlier if your venue, caterer, or planner needs final numbers sooner. Your reply-by date should give you time to follow up with non-responders and finalize seating, meals, and place cards.

Does the RSVP card include an envelope?

No. Our RSVP envelopes are ordered separately from the RSVP cards so that you have the flexibility to select envelope styles and quantities based on your needs. Add a matching RSVP envelope to your suite if guests will return their reply by mail. For digital RSVPs on your wedding website, you do not need an envelope.
